i booked my rooms in may for a stay in november at a very reasonable price. however upon my arrival the manager asked for 60% more as the room was worth that amount. i had tried to contact the hotel prior to my arrival on several occasions both by email and telephone, no one got back to me. i found out that my original booking had been let to another person and i had to put up with a tiny shoe box room. will never stay in this place ever again. absolutely disgusted.
